Ayala Brut Majeur NV - Ayala Champagne's award winning Brut Majeur Non Vintage Champagne has a dosage of 9 grams per litre, this Champagne reveals the delicate nuances of the aromas and the bouquet. Light gold in colour, with a delicate mousse. The nose unveils expressive notes of citrus, florals and white fruits. Well balanced with a delicate complexity, Chardonnay adds a lively, fresh fruitiness on the palate, whilst Pinot Noir gives the wine richness and length.
Ayala Brut Nature NV - Ayala Brut Nature Zero Dosage Champagne in the new 2014 label and gift box is soft, fresh, well-balanced . Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse, the wine is extremely aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is quite dry and shows great finesse and complexity, an ideal accompaniment for seafood appetizers, shellfish, sushi or caviar. The zero dosage sugar-free element makes it the favourite Champagne for regular champagne drinkers.
Ayala Rose Majeur - Ayala Champagne's Rosé Majeur Non Vintage (NV) Champagne is an unusual blend of 51% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 9% still red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (Pinot Noir from old vines).
