Boizel Cuvée Sous Bois 2008 Vintage Champagne 75cl
Boizel Cuvée Sous Bois 2008 Vintage Champagne is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from four Grand Crus. The Chardonnay grapes are from Chouilly and Avize in the Côte des Blancs and blending these with the Pinot Noir from Bouzy and Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims creates a complete fresh and aromatic Champagne.
The Champagne was vinified utilising conventional techniques from the early 20th century, reviving the personality of vintage Champagnes. Cuvée Sous Bois takes some time to develop in the glass, the perfect choice for an excellent dining experience.
