Charles Heidsieck Rose Reserve Champagne NV 75cl is the result of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. 80% of the wines are composed of equal portions of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while 20% of reserve wines are split equally between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Like the Brut Reserve, each are vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steel vats. 

To ensure the ideal balance of freshness, elegance, structure and complexity, Charles Heidsieck's Cellar Master bides bya House priciple, intentionally selecting reserve wines that are younger than those of the brut reserve.

The nose is subtle yet complex. Initially it reveals fragrances of home-made strawberry jam mixed with the fruitiness of vineyard peaches which develop into warms velvety notes of gingerbread. On the palate, powerful bursts of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry nestled in velvety whipped cream.
