Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne 2013 is Moët & Chandon's 75th Vintage release. Each Grand Vintage is unique and possesses the distinctive, imitable qualities of that year’s outstanding grapes, qualities which have been elevated to their fullest expression through the savoir-faire, experience and expertise of Moët & Chandon and the House’s chef de cave.

Created from a blend of 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 21% Pinot Meunier, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2013 is an unexpectedly complementary expression of a year that is widely known for its Chardonnays. A perfect blend of mature flavours after 7 years in the cellars, it reveals a truly unique character.

Even with 23 years under his belt at Moët, chef de cave Benoît Gouez, says he didn’t have any reference point for such a late year. The House has turned in a magnificent wine and it achieved the best average balance between acidity and alcohol than any other Moët vintage Champagne over the past 60 years.
